in response to your post, i have just completed a 100mi ultramarathon which took 52 hours. plus with all of the recovery that comes with that, it is a lot. i suggest you go out and run an ultra, for say the badwater… then see how much recovery there is. plus how long it takes you then have someone like you criticizing… my advice to you, do it. seriously?!

I just joined the Brooks Run Happy Group at Sweat365!

I’m a woman from Indiana 46368 USA, born in 1978.

My goals are: I am training for a half-marathon and achieve in shaving off my 5k time, plus all in between
